Please check possible out-of-network benefits that your plan may offer. You may find that your plan will reimburse you for a percentage of the session fee.


You may also use a flexible spending or health savings account that may be offered by your insurance plan.

Verify Your Coverage

If you wish to contact your insurance provider, here are some questions to ask when you contact them: 

Do I have a deductible to meet for out-of-network psychotherapy visits? If so, what is that amount?

Do my out-of-network benefits cover tele-health/virtual visits for outpatient psychotherapy therapy? 

If you have out-of network coverage, where does one send claims for reimbursement? (specific department and address if done by mail)

Therapist does set aside a few openings for clients who are truly financially struggling to invest in therapy. These options are offered for clients who may have extraordinary expenses (e.g. medical, legal, and family obligations) or income challenges. Check availability when contacting therapist.
